DESCRIPTION:On August 6th\, 2025 starting at 1:00pm\, Crossroads Center will be in-house here at the CRC providing healthcare services to community members in need. The Crossroads Center staff will be available from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. \nIn order to qualify for the center’s services\, patients must meet the following:​ \n\n\nBe between the ages of 18-64 yrs old \n\n\nBe a resident of Okaloosa or Walton County \n\n\nHave no medical and/or dental insurance \n\n\nHave a family income that does not exceed 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines \n\n\nBe a U.S. citizen or legal resident \n\n\nYou will be asked to check-in at the CRC front desk before being taken back to be seen.
