SUMMARY:LSF HeadStart Enrollment at CRC
DESCRIPTION:LSF Head Start enrollment is going on now and through the month of September at the Crestview Resource & Community Development Center. Parents and guardians can enroll their children under the age of 5 in the Head Start program\, a national program designed to provide early education intervention for families in vulnerable communities. Parents/guardians will need to provide the following documents in order to enroll children in the Head Start program: \n\nProof of residency\nBirth certificate for the child(ren)\nProof of income for the past 52 weeks\nPhoto ID of parent/guardian\nProof of disability of child(ren)\, if applicable\n\nLSF Head Start will be available every Tuesday starting from 10:30am to 1:30pm to walk parents and guardians through the enrollment process.
