Crossroads Center Medical and Dental Clinic is a faith-based clinic offering FREE medical, dental, and mental health care services to Crestview-area community members in need. Medical professionals from Crossroads Center will be available at the Crestview Resource Center on the first Wednesday of every month from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. No appointment necessary.
SAMHSA’s Treatment for Individuals Experiencing Homelessness (TIEH) program provides support and treatment services for individuals experiencing homelessness who may also be facing mental health or substance use challenges. Community members can meet with a Bridgeway/TIEH representative every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crestview Resource Center. No appointment necessary.
