Crossroads Center Medical and Dental Clinic is a faith-based clinic offering FREE medical, dental, and mental health care services to Crestview-area community members in need. Medical professionals from Crossroads Center will be available at the Crestview Resource Center on the first Wednesday of every month from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. No appointment necessary.
SAMHSA’s Treatment for Individuals Experiencing Homelessness (TIEH) program provides support and treatment services for individuals experiencing homelessness who may also be facing mental health or substance use challenges.
