DESCRIPTION:LSF Head Start enrollment is now open at the Crestview Resource & Community Development Center through the month of June. Parents and guardians with children under the age of 5 are encouraged to apply for the Head Start Program\, a nationally recognized early childhood education program that supports children and families through learning\, development\, and school readiness services. \nTo complete the enrollment process\, parents or guardians will need to provide the following documents: \n\nProof of residency\nBirth certificate for the child(ren)\nProof of income for the past 52 weeks\nPhoto ID of parent/guardian\nProof of disability for child(ren)\, if applicable\n\nLSF Head Start representatives will be available every Thursday from 10:30am to 1:30pm at the CRC to assist families with enrollment and answer questions about the program.
