LSF Head Start Enrollment At The CRC

LSF Head Start at Crestview Resource Center in Crestview, FloridaLSF Head Start enrollment is going on now and through the month of September at the Crestview Resource & Community Development Center. Parents and guardians can enroll their children under the age of 5 in the Head Start program, a national program designed to provide early education intervention for families in vulnerable communities. Parents/guardians will need to provide the following documents in order to enroll children in the Head Start program:

  1. Proof of residency
  2. Birth certificate for the child(ren)
  3. Proof of income for the past 52 weeks
  4. Photo ID of parent/guardian
  5. Proof of disability of child(ren), if applicable

LSF Head Start will be available every Tuesday starting from 10:30am to 1:30pm to walk parents and guardians through the enrollment process. You can also reach out to LSF Head Start directly for more information by clicking here.
