Lights, Camera, Toxicity: Entertainment’s Role In Domestic Violence – Presented by Shelter House

On May 13th, 2025 from 11:00 – 12:30, non-profit organization Shelter House is bringing their incredible and educational presentation, “Lights, Camera, Toxicity: Entertainment’s Role In Domestic Violence” to the CRC. This free event highlights the impact of films and television shows on the public perception of domestic violence. Clips from films and television will be shared with attendees and discussions are encouraged! A free popcorn and hotdog bar will be provided for guests!

Shelter House is a non-profit organization that provides resources, support, legal advocacy, and emergency shelter to victims of domestic violence in Okaloosa and Walton counties in Northwest Florida.
