Free Health Screens with Northwest Florida Health Council – Every Tuesday In August

Every Tuesday in August, Northwest Florida Health Council will be in-house at the CRC providing free health screens to Crestview area community members. Health screens include vision tests, blood glucose level tests, weight and BMI measurements, blood pressure checks, and more. The Northwest Florida Health Council provides this screen free of charge, but if you need further treatment, NWFLHC will work with community members and their budgets to get them the healthcare they need. Come visit the team every Tuesday in August from 10:30am to 2:00pm.
