Free Health Screen with Northwest Florida Health Council

The Northwest Florida Health Council will provide FREE health screenings for community members at the Crestview Resource Center. This event is designed to promote early detection, improve access to healthcare resources, and help individuals take charge of their health.

Screenings include blood pressure, blood glucose (diabetes), vision, weight and BMI measurements, along with other basic health assessments using the same high-quality equipment found in many traditional medical offices.

Participants identified as needing additional care may receive personalized guidance and referrals to primary care providers, chronic illness management programs, and other community health resources. Educational materials will also be available to help individuals better understand their health and next steps.

All screenings are free of charge, and no insurance is required. Stop by the Crestview Resource Center between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM to take advantage of this valuable community health service.
