Free Health Screen with Northwest Florida Health Council

The Northwest Florida Health Council will provide free health screenings for Crestview area community members at the Crestview Resource Center from 10:30 AM–1:30 PM.
Health screenings include vision tests, blood glucose level checks, weight and BMI measurements, blood pressure screenings, and more.
These services are provided free of charge. If additional treatment is needed, the Northwest Florida Health Council will work with community members and their budgets to help connect them with the healthcare they need.
