Crossroads Center – Mental, Dental, & Counseling Services

August 6, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

On August 6th, 2025 starting at 1:00pm, Crossroads Center will be in-house here at the CRC providing healthcare services to community members in need. The Crossroads Center staff will be available from 1:00pm until 3:00pm.

In order to qualify for the center’s services, patients must meet the following:​

  • Be between the ages of 18-64 yrs old

  • Be a resident of Okaloosa or Walton County

  • Have no medical and/or dental insurance

  • Have a family income that does not exceed 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines

  • Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
