Free Cellphone & Data Assistance

Community members may qualify to receive a free cellphone with data service through the GenMobile assistance program.

Required documents include:

• State-issued ID, Driver’s License, or CDL
• Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
• Telephone number and email address

Applicants must also meet at least one eligibility requirement, including:

• Proof of income
• Qualifying benefits such as EBT or WIC
• Active Medicaid benefits
• Social Security documentation
