LSF HeadStart Enrollment at the CRC

LSF Head Start enrollment is now open at the Crestview Resource & Community Development Center through the month of June. Parents and guardians with children under the age of 5 are encouraged to apply for the Head Start Program, a nationally recognized early childhood education program that supports children and families through learning, development, and school readiness services.
To complete the enrollment process, parents or guardians will need to provide the following documents:
- Proof of residency
- Birth certificate for the child(ren)
- Proof of income for the past 52 weeks
- Photo ID of parent/guardian
- Proof of disability for child(ren), if applicable
LSF Head Start representatives will be available every Tuesday from 10:30am to 12:30pm at the CRC to assist families with enrollment and answer questions about the program. For additional information about LSF Head Start, click here.
