“Crossroads Center, in partnership with the community, provides free, quality healthcare for underserved and uninsured residents of Okaloosa and Walton Counties. With two locations, Crossroads Center has been serving the community since 2007.” Community members in need of healthcare can see Crossroads Center representatives at the CRC every first Wednesday of the month. Some services offered by Crossroads Center include Counseling, Medical, and Dental Care.
In order to qualify for the center’s services, patients must meet the following:​

Be between the ages of 18-64 yrs old

Be a resident of Okaloosa or Walton County

Have no medical and/or dental insurance

Have a family income that does not exceed 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines

Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
