LSF HeadStart Enrollment at CRC

LSF Head Start enrollment is going on now and through the month of September at the Crestview Resource & Community Development Center. Parents and guardians can enroll their children under the age of 5 in the Head Start program, a national program designed to provide early education intervention for families in vulnerable communities. Parents/guardians will need to provide the following documents in order to enroll children in the Head Start program:

1. Proof of residency
2. Birth certificate for the child(ren)
3. Proof of income for the past 52 weeks
4. Photo ID of parent/guardian
5. Proof of disability of child(ren), if applicable

LSF Head Start will be available every Tuesday starting from 10:30am to 1:30pm to walk parents and guardians through the enrollment process. You can also reach out to LSF Head Start directly for more information by clicking here.
