As a key and instrumental partner in all we do here at the Crestview Resource & Community Development Center (CRC), First Church of God in Christ located in Crestview, FL has shown the Crestview community how they are, “Equipping People for Kingdom Ministry.” Pastor Edward J. Parker was given a vision to establish a place in Crestview where area community members could receive the help and support they need without having to drive to Fort Walton Beach or Pensacola. Pastor Parker prayerfully brought this vision to the membership of First Church of God in Christ and a few years later, the CRC opened its doors. Pastor Edward J. Parker is now the C.E.O. of the CRC and when he isn’t writing sermons and ministering to his flock, he is hands-on here at the CRC overseeing day-to-day activities, advocating for our community, and sharing his love of people and the love of Christ with others.
